Minimum qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, related technical/quantitative field, or equivalent practical experience.
5 years of experience with software development in one or more programming languages, and with data structures/algorithms.
3 years of experience with ML infrastructure (e.g., model deployment, model evaluation, data processing, debugging)
Experience in developing software systems in modern C++.

Preferred qualifications:

3 years of experience working on compiler optimization.

Responsibilities

Profile and analyze the performance of compiled ML models.
Improve code generation in the XLA GPU compiler or the Triton compiler.
Serve on rotations that triage bugs, guide PRs from external contributors, or integrate MLIR into Google.
