Job Description

As a Software Engineer, you will be responsible for developing the Google Artificial Intelligence (AI) Studio web app, which enables third-party developers to leverage Gemini models. You will work with developers of Large Language Models (LLM) based applications and build production-scale features to productionize new generative AI technical stack. You will collaborate with partners Product Areas (PA)/teams to advance LLM state-of-the-art techniques and realize the product impact. You will also design and build highly available and low latency online serving systems.

Must have:

Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience
8 years of experience in software development, and with data structures/algorithms
5 years of experience testing, and launching software products
3 years of experience with software design and architecture
Experience in JavaScript/TypeScript and front-end development frameworks (e.g., Angular, React, Polymer)

Good to have:

Master degree in Computer Science or a related technical field
2 years of experience with software development in one or more programming languages (e.g. C++, Java, Python)
2 years of experience in building products or features that utilize Machine Learning (ML) models through the full cycle of data collection, model development to deployment
Experience in inter team/cross functional collaboration, execution and innovation of ideas

Minimum qualifications:
