Job Role
- Responding to client inquiries and troubleshooting technical issues promptly.
- Proactively monitoring client systems to identify and address potential issues.
- Collaborating with fellow team members to deliver high-quality IT services.
- Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and industry trends, identifying opportunities for process improvements and innovation.
Technical Experience - Strong technical skills in troubleshooting Windows and Mac OS environments.
- Familiarity with IT service management tools and ticketing systems.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- A proactive and self-driven attitude to tackle challenges head-on.
- Relevant certifications (e.g., CompTIA A+, Network+, or ITIL) are a plus.
