As a Trading Senior Team Leader, you’ll be at the forefront of shaping the ultimate sports trading experience, leveraging your deep expertise in odds and data to create a visionary sportsbook product. You'll refine trading strategies and operations, from odds compilation to risk management, to analyze performance, establish key metrics, and foster a culture of accountability and efficiency. You’ll also mentor new traders, ensure best practices, and drive continuous improvement to deliver an unparalleled betting experience.
Collaborate with senior and cross-functional teams to establish, deliver, and evaluate a top-tier betting product.
Develop and implement operations processes for risk management, bet acceptance, client profiling, and reporting.
Mentor senior employees, providing performance management, reviews, and guidance.
Analyze and report on trading performance, build strong KPIs, and promote a culture of accountability, quality, and efficiency.
Encourage a collaborative environment where knowledge, skills, and standards are shared.
Identify and implement opportunities to optimize trading efficiency in collaboration with internal teams.
A Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent work experience, with at least 5 years of trading experience.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, ideally with a background in math and statistics.
In-depth knowledge of at least one major US sports league.
Excellent communication, collaboration, and decision-making skills.
Proficiency in statistical analysis tools such as Excel.
Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
