Senior Salesforce Administrator

SS&C Intralinks is searching for a highly motivated Senior Salesforce Administrator to join the Business Applications Team. 

The Business Applications team is responsible for the implementation, support and enhancement of internal systems and processes across the organization.  We work closely with diverse cross-functional stakeholders to gain a deep understanding of how each one functions to ensure they have the appropriate tools and processes to focus on their core competencies.  Our primary objective for this role is to recruit an extremely talented and professional individual who can work closely with several different groups throughout the organization.  Reporting directly to the Development Manager, this role offers the opportunity to deliver business-critical solutions through our enterprise Salesforce platform. This position will play a pivotal role in managing and optimizing our Salesforce instance, ensuring it aligns with our evolving business objectives.

Responsibilities:

  • Partner with business stakeholders to gather requirements, define solutions, and configure Salesforce automations, workflows, and business processes.
  • Implement and manage Salesforce releases through a defined release management process, ensuring minimal disruption to users.
  • Conduct thorough quality assurance testing to identify and resolve issues before deployment.
  • Provide ongoing support to users, troubleshoot problems, and answer questions regarding Salesforce functionality.
  • Stay up-to-date on the latest Salesforce features and best practices, continuously seeking opportunities to optimize the platform.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience as a Salesforce Administrator.
  • Proven track record of successfully managing and optimizing a Salesforce instance.
  • Strong understanding of Salesforce core functionality, including objects, fields, workflows, and automation tools.
  • Experience with user management, security settings, and data governance.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills.
  • At least one Salesforce certification preferred (Administrator, Platform App Builder, etc.).
  • Experience with Agile Accelerator, DocuSign CLM and/or Zuora Billing is a plus
