Responsibilities:

Develop and maintain high-quality cross-platform mobile applications using React Native.
Lead and mentor junior developers, providing technical guidance and support.
Collaborate with UI/UX designers to implement user-friendly interfaces.
Optimize applications for maximum performance and scalability.
Participate in code reviews to uphold quality standards.
Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and industry trends to enhance application development.
Identify and troubleshoot performance bottlenecks and bugs.

Requirements

5+ years of experience in mobile application development, with at least 3 years focused on React Native.
Strong proficiency in JavaScript and TypeScript.
Deep understanding of React Native architecture, components, and performance optimization.
Experience with Redux or other state management libraries.
Familiarity with RESTful APIs and integration with third-party services.
Solid understanding of mobile app deployment processes for both iOS and Android platforms.
Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot complex issues.
Experience with Agile development methodologies.
Ability to work collaboratively and communicate effectively in a remote team environment.
Previous experience mentoring junior developers is a plus.
