Our Customer Success Strategy & Operations team uses valuable data and market research to help our customers succeed and drive value. Our teams collaborate to identify solutions using competitor and industry trend analysis, providing valuable insights for strategic decision-making. We're responsible for facilitating smooth transitions during organizational change efforts that promote employee adoption. You'll be an integral part of solving challenges faced by our frontline teams to help make Zscaler more efficient and effective in meeting our customers' needs.

We're looking for an experienced Consultant to join our Professional Services team. Reporting to the Manager Professional Services, you'll be responsible for:

  • Be a customer's 'Go-To' resource for all matters related to their ZS deployment
  • Deliver best practices guidance for managing ZS deployment.
  • Help with customer specific requirements and provide solutions.
  • Answer questions about the product capabilities, features and configuration.

What We're Looking for (Minimum Qualifications)

  • 8+ years' experience for this role in similar positions (Professional service consultant, Network/Security specialist, Technical Account Manager, Support/Escalation Engineer or a SOC Engineer).
  • Working knowledge of authentication systems such as SAML, LDAP and MS Active Directory
  • Experienced in Network and Security solutions and customer facing/field role.
  • Experience deploying, maintaining or troubleshooting networking, firewall and security solutions in enterprise environments is important.

What Will Make You Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)

  • Experience with Zscaler solutions – ZIA, ZPA.
  • Knowledge of solutions built on Microsoft Azure, Amazon Web Services , other leading cloud platforms and industry certifications such as Cisco, Juniper, and Palo.
  • Knowledge of Hypervisors: VMware, Hyper-V, and KVM
