Job Description

As a Senior Level Designer, you will be responsible for designing and building level content from whitebox to final quality. You will create fun and exciting encounters and spaces for players, maintain Level Design Documentation, and foster strong creative relationships with various teams. You will also mentor and inspire team members. Adaptability in creating various metric systems for different game designs is essential.
Must have:
  • 5+ years of Level/World design experience
  • At least 1 shipped AAA title in the role of Level/World designer
  • Experience with Unreal Engine
  • Fluent English
Good to have:
  • Experience in designing and building multiplayer levels
  • Experience working with cross-discipline teams
  • Blueprints experience
  • Proficiency in Spanish

Your mission
  • Execute the design direction and be responsible for designing and building level content from whitebox to final quality. 
  • Create fun and exciting encounters and spaces for players. 
  • Create and maintain Level Design Documentation. 
  • Maintain a strong creative relationship between production, design, programming, art, VFX, and sound teams. 
  • Mentor, encourage, and inspire team members around you. 
  • Adaptability in creating various metric systems for different game designs.
Your profile
Required Skills

  • 5+ years of Level/World design experience.
  • At least 1 shipped AAA title in the role of Level/World designer.
  • Experience with Unreal Engine.
  • Fluent English is required; proficiency in Spanish is a plus.
  • Located/willing to relocate in Madrid (Hybrid working model).
Nice to have

  • Experience in designing and building multiplayer levels.
  • Experience working with cross-discipline teams. 
  • Blueprints experience.
