Job Description

Luxoft seeks a Senior IVP SW Architect to design and architect middleware solutions for automotive systems. Responsibilities include defining middleware architecture and integration strategies, collaborating with cross-functional teams, overseeing development and integration of middleware components (communication, diagnostics, power management, etc.), ensuring compliance with industry standards (AUTOSAR, ISO 26262), conducting performance analysis, providing technical leadership, and documenting architecture and best practices. The role requires expertise in middleware architecture, automotive standards, embedded systems, RTOS, communication protocols, and C/C++. The ideal candidate will also possess strong technical leadership and mentorship skills.

Must have:

Middleware architecture & design
Automotive standards (AUTOSAR, ISO 26262)
Embedded systems & RTOS
Communication protocols (CAN, LIN, FlexRay, Ethernet)
Middleware components (COMM, DIAG, Power Management etc.)
Performance analysis & optimization
C/C++
Technical leadership

Good to have:

Functional safety analysis (FMEA, FTA, DFMEA)
Agile methodology

Responsibilities

Design and architect middleware solutions for automotive systems.

Define middleware architecture and integration strategies.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and ensure alignment with overall system architecture.

Oversee the development and integration of middleware components (e.g., communication, diagnostics, power management, IPC, logging, health management, network management, software update).

Ensure middleware solutions comply with industry standards and regulations (e.g., AUTOSAR, ISO 26262).

Conduct performance analysis and optimization of middleware components.

Provide technical leadership and mentorship to development teams.

Document middleware architecture, design decisions, and best practices.

Stay updated with industry trends and emerging technologies in automotive middleware.

Participate in code, requirements reviews and provide constructive feedback.
