Job Description

Nexters is building a full-cycle team to produce Playable Ads for their popular mobile game, Hero Wars. The Senior Frontend Developer will design and develop a framework for creating ad creatives, build efficient development tools, create Playable Ads using the engine, implement advanced technical solutions, optimize performance across devices, make technical decisions, and grow the development team. Responsibilities include designing and developing a framework for Playable Ads, creating efficient development tools, developing ads based on the engine, implementing advanced technical solutions, optimizing performance across devices, and making key technical decisions as a lead developer.

Must have:

3+ years Playable Ads development
Shader knowledge & FX creation
JavaScript, Pixi.js or Three.js
Cocos Creator or similar experience
Complex interactive UI/game creation
Code optimization & Webpack build config
Sass/Less/Stylus, Pug preprocessor skills
Advanced Git knowledge

About your role
We are building a full-cycle team to produce Playable Ads. We are looking for an experienced Developer to help us design a framework for creating ad creatives for one of the most popular mobile games, Hero Wars. This framework will be the foundation for creating highly effective interactive ad creatives.
What you’ll be doing
Designing and developing a framework for creating Playable Ads
Creating efficient tools to accelerate the development process
Developing Playable Ads based on the created engine
Implementing advanced technical solutions
Optimizing performance across various devices
Making technical decisions as a lead developer
Growing the team of developers and sharing your expertise
We hope that you have
At least 3 years of experience in Playable Ads development
Knowledge of shaders and the ability to create FX effects based on them
In-depth knowledge of JavaScript
Commercial experience with Pixi.js or Three.js libraries
Familiarity with the architecture and principles of Cocos Creator or similar tools
Experience in creating complex interactive interfaces or games
Skills in code optimization, performance tuning across different devices, and configuring builds with Webpack
Proficiency in using preprocessors such as Sass/Less/Stylus, Pug, and similar tools
Advanced knowledge of version control systems (Git)
