Senior Event Manager

• Develop and execute the internal events strategy aligned with company culture and goals, including annual corporate events, online/offline activities, and managing hobby clubs;

• Oversee end-to-end event logistics, timelines, budgets, and supplier relationships, ensuring each event is delivered within scope and on time;

• Generate ideas for future events;

• Gather post-event feedback and analyze metrics to continuously improve the event experience;

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to determine event objectives, themes, and content;

• Prepare all brand materials in close collaboration with the design team.

We need your professional experience:

• 3+ years of experience in event management, preferably within a tech or iGaming environment;

• Demonstrated success in organizing internal events from concept to execution;

• Expertise in creating comprehensive technical specifications and requirements for events;

• Confident working with cross-functional teams and managing multiple stakeholders;

• Upper-Intermediate level of English.
