Objective

    • We are looking for a passionate and driven Gaming App Community Senior Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a deep love for gaming, strong communication skills, and the ability to build and maintain relationships within the gaming community. You will be responsible for fostering a vibrant and engaged community around our gaming app, managing online interactions, and working closely with the marketing and development teams to ensure that our community’s voice is heard.

What you will do

    • Community Engagement: Actively engage with our gaming community across various platforms (social media, forums, in-app chat, etc.), responding to player inquiries, providing support, and fostering a positive atmosphere.
    • Content Creation: Develop and curate engaging content (posts, newsletters, videos) that resonates with our community and drives user engagement.
    • Event Management: Plan and execute in-game events, community challenges, and other interactive activities to keep the community engaged and entertained.
    • Feedback Management: Gather and analyze community feedback, providing insights to the development and marketing teams to help shape the future of the app.
    • Social Media Management: Manage the app’s social media presence, including scheduling posts, monitoring trends, and engaging with followers.
    • Crisis Management: Address and mitigate any potential conflicts or negative situations within the community promptly and professionally.
    • Analytics & Reporting: Monitor community metrics and provide regular reports on engagement, sentiment, organic uplift, and other KPIs 
    • Supervise & monitor junior community specialists. 

Qualifications

    • Experience: 3+ years of experience in community management, social media management, or a related role, must be in the gaming industry.
    • Passion for Gaming: A deep understanding and passion for gaming, with the ability to connect with and understand the needs of our player base.
    • Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to engage with a diverse audience.
    • Creativity: Ability to think creatively and develop innovative strategies for community engagement.
    • Technical Skills: Familiarity with community management tools, social media platforms, and basic video/photo editing software.
    • Problem-Solving: Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to remain calm under pressure.
    • Team Player: Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
