Job Description

Lead global test management for SAP S/4HANA transformation projects across all streams and sub-projects.
Consolidate, validate, and monitor test time windows, schedules, and resource plans.
Oversee test processes, ensuring delivery of test-relevant outcomes.
Resolve test-related issues across OneERP project streams.
Act as the main point of contact for management roles and the overall Project Manager (PM).
Report on test planning, preparation, execution, and milestones.
Support and de-escalate testing inquiries and challenges.
Assist testers with test processes, tools, and execution.
Initiate and monitor test activities: test case creation, data/user provision, execution, defect management, and lessons learned workshops.
Create and deliver status and test completion reports, manage test uploads, and plan individual functional tests.

Qualifications

At least 10 years experience in testing and test coordination in SAP projects, especially in SAP S4/HANA Greenfield and Conversion projects.
Knowledge of test tools (not a specific one necessary) and methods, such as Atlassian Jira in combination with the add-on Xray, SAP Solution Manager and ISTQB® standards.
Strong general SAP knowledge.
Experience in large-scale transformation projects, ideally with OneERP.
Excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Proficiency in German (C1 level) and English.
