Job Description

Act as an expert for SAP S/4HANA Finance rollout projects, executing Fit-to-Standard analysis and Master Data Collection. Represent global standards in workshops and manage deviation processes. Plan and coordinate testing, training, and migration, including knowledge transfer. Build strategic partnerships with key stakeholders. Requires 3+ years of consulting experience delivering implementation services for various customers, strong knowledge of financial business and controlling processes, and expert SAP FI S/4HANA configuration experience. Integration with other SAP modules and experience in virtual/international teams is essential. Locations: Colombia, Argentina, Mexico.

Must have:

3+ years consulting experience
Strong SAP FI S/4HANA config exp.
Financial processes knowledge
Project rollout expertise
Fit-to-Standard analysis
International team experience

Responsibilities:

Act as an expert for rollout projects
Execute Fit-to-Standard analysis and Master Data Collection (Rollout Template).
Represent global standard in Fit-to-Standard Workshops and initiate deviation process/ approval where necessary.
Planning and coordination of tests, training and migration incl. know-how transfer to support organization and operations.
Build strategic partnerships with key decision makers in customer & partner organization

Requirements:

3+ years of work experience in consulting, delivering implementation services for various customers
Strong knowledge of financial business and controlling processes
Strong knowledge and experience with SAP FI S/4Hana configurations
Experience or knowledge in the integration with the other modules
Experience in working in virtual teams and international environment
English level - upper intermediate +
