Tesla Energy's EMEA team seeks a Sales Operations Coordinator in Amsterdam to support the UK market's growth. Responsibilities include managing certified installer orders (confirmations, backlog, delivery, revenue, collections), responding to order inquiries, streamlining sales pipeline management with sales teams, ensuring data accuracy across systems, resolving system discrepancies, contributing to special projects and data analysis, and participating in system testing. This role demands excellent communication, cross-functional collaboration, initiative, and proficiency in internal systems and MS Office (especially Excel). The ideal candidate thrives in fast-paced environments and excels at multitasking, prioritization, and tracking deliverables.

What to Expect
The EMEA Energy team is looking for a Sales Operations Coordinator to join the Business Operations team in Amsterdam. The Sales Operations Coordinator is responsible for process execution and will be involved in assisting process improvements across all products, focusing on the UK market as Tesla Energy continues to develop and expand. This role works closely with the Sales team and other business functions across the sales cycle. The ideal candidate is responsible for processing new orders, address inquires from internal and external stakeholders, coordinating deliveries, and resolving critical operational issues.  The role is based in Amsterdam.
What You’ll Do
  • Execute and coordinate all operational aspects of certified installer orders, including new order confirmations, backlog management, sales order delivery, revenue recognition, and cash collection
  • Respond to general order-related inquiries from different departments within the organization
  • Collaborate with the Sales teams to develop and streamline the sales pipeline management
  • Ensure data accuracy in various systems
  • Investigate system discrepancies promptly and provide solutions
  • Assist with special projects and data analysis as needed
  • Participate in testing new and updated system logic and procedures

  • Excellent written and verbal communication in English
  • Demonstrated ability to establish and maintain cooperative cross-functional relationships 
  • Self-starter with a goal-oriented and highly motivated mindset, while also being able to follow instructions 
  • Technological fluency and proficiency in internal business systems and MS Office, with moderate skills in MS Excel 
  • Strong desire to take initiative, learn continuously, think creatively, and achieve results 
  • Ability to thrive in a dynamic and fast-paced environment, effectively multitask, prioritize tasks and processes, and track findings and deliverables
