What to Expect

Tesla is seeking a Sales & Delivery Trainer to to deliver and develop sharp, meaningful, and engaging virtual and on-site Training sessions to EMEA Sales & Delivery teams. The Sales & Delivery Trainer will consistently be on the forefront of key changes and will partner with our regional learning and development partners to design effective virtual, web-based and video e-Learning courses as well as instructor-led sessions. This individual is able to quickly grasp EMEA priorities, craft a clear, concise, and targeted message, and partner with our local teams to deliver the required educational material to drive forward the Learning & Development agenda.

This role will be on the forefront of creating varied multimedia content across a range of Sales & Delivery focused learning initiatives to support the development of customer-facing team members, will own training plans for our new markets, and will partner closely with regional L&D partners to ensure that key priorities are efficiently localized and communicated to the field. This role will work closely with the Learning & Development Manager, Learning & Development Partners, and various stakeholders to identify training needs and develop effective and customised content.

This role will partner strategically with multiple teams to ensure a streamlined feedback loop between HQ and the field which enables continued improvements to performance. Tesla changes constantly, which means that we are looking for someone who can adapt and flex as needed to deliver great content to our audience, when they need it and in the right format. Ideally, we want someone who is a tech-minded, yet able to convey complex messages in simple forms. We are looking for a great communicator who is passionate about helping others and us to stay effective and efficient in our daily sales & delivery experience activities by closing knowledge gaps and acting as a trusted coach and mentor.

What You’ll Do
  • Deliver and host regular virtual and in-person instructor-led Training sessions for learners on systems and skills while creating an engaging learner environment through applying different training strategies and adult learning methodologies
  • Deeply understand and internalize EMEA-wide Sales & Delivery priorities and knowledge gaps while taking ownership of ensuring the various learning and development partners are consistently apprised and prepared to provide the relevant training to support these priorities
  • Remain on the forefront of developing the appropriate training, talking points, global content localization and resources to allow for the excellent rollout of any major changes across EMEA or global roll out (product changes, workflows, content, etc.)
  • Create course outlines, objectives, and scripts that meet learning objectives in a learner-optimized fashion and contribute to effective distribution to meet the business needs
  • Identify content strategies and treatments that will provide the best training experience for the learner and write task-based assessments that measure pre-agreed learning objectives
  • Work collaboratively and effectively with others to promote innovative approaches and enhance productivity related to curriculum development while identifying training needs versus process improvement needs
  • Assess current training, designs and feedback outcomes in order to build client satisfaction and interpreted metrics to identify areas of improvement and pre-agreed learning objectives
What You’ll Bring
  • Bachelor’s Degree or related work experience
  • Proven experience delivering, creating and facilitating virtual and in-person instructor-led training sessions and design
  • Excellent knowledge of learning theories and instructional design models
  • Ability to prioritize and manage time effectively in a dynamic environment through Project management, self-management and multi-tasking skills
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, especially with problem solving, relationship building and collaboration with various teams to produce learning solutions and guidance
  • Ability to show thoughtfulness, attention to detail, and creativity
