About The Global Payment team of Bytedance provides payment solutions - including payment acquisitions, disbursements, transaction monitoring, payment method management, foreign exchange conversion, accounting, reconciliations, and so on to ensure that our users have a smooth and secure payment experience on ByteDance platforms including TikTok. - Handle communication with external vendors for risk operations, including KPI alignment, SOP updates, training, QA, and result sharing. - Closely monitor BPO team KPIs to ensure agreed terms meet expectations; provide timely feedback to vendors in case of underperformance, produce internal team reports on BPO performance - Conduct daily quality assurance (QA) on risk operation cases, ensuring case quality is maintained at the baseline. Analyze and observe QA results, and provide analysis on failed QA cases with improvement solutions (SOP optimisation and BPO training updates). - Handle emergencies related to risk operation baseline performance (SLA/QA lower than KPI) by providing solutions and immediate action.
Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications: - QA and vendor management - Good communication skills - Team player, self-driven, strong sense of responsibility.
