Job Description

DXC-Luxoft seeks a Regular Mechatronic Engineer in Ingolstadt, Germany to contribute to the development of next-generation battery-electric vehicle platforms for major German OEMs. Responsibilities include updating test environments (test bench, vehicle), commissioning functions, providing proactive support during commissioning and MOD inquiries, creating and updating commissioning and workaround instructions, performing technical adaptations to the test bench, developing and validating test equipment, and participating in project meetings. The ideal candidate will have experience in mechanical engineering, mechatronics, and requirements analysis, along with strong communication and teamwork skills. The role involves working with cutting-edge automotive technologies and offers opportunities for career growth within a highly competent international team.

Responsibilities

Update own MOD test environments (test bench, vehicle)

Ensure regular overall updating of vehicles

Commissioning of functions on the test bench and in the vehicle

Commissioning of vehicles on the PreProd environment

Proactive support during commissioning & MOD inquiries

Elaboration, realization, updating of commissioning instructions

Elaboration, implementation, updating of workaround instructions

execution of technical adaptations to the test bench

Elaboration, validation and production of test equipment cables / adapters

Participation in necessary project-related meetings, rounds, workshops & debug sessions

Maintenance of overview pages of vehicle / Testrack to the current status
