Job Description

Tesla's Recruitment Team in Grünheide (near Berlin) seeks a working student to support recruiting activities, primarily for engineering positions. Responsibilities include assisting with the entire talent acquisition process, providing administrative support, maintaining applicant files, supporting recruiting events (Assessment Days), creating job descriptions, scheduling interviews, reviewing resumes, and collaborating on special projects. This role offers valuable experience in recruiting and professional development.

Must have:

Bachelor's/Master's degree in progress
Prior recruiting experience
Excellent communication skills
Fluency in German and English
Structured work style
Administrative skills
20 hours/week availability

What You’ll Do

Support our Recruiting Team throughout the entire talent acquisition process
Provide day-to-day administrative support for the Recruiting Team
Maintain applicant files in compliance with applicable requirements
Support on Recruiting Events like Assessment Days
Assist with the applicant recruiting process to include creating job descriptions, scheduling phone screens, and reviewing resumes through the applicant tracking system
Collaborate with the Recruiting Team on special projects
