This internship within Tesla's Infrastructure Development team in Berlin offers a 6-month, full-time opportunity to contribute to the expansion of their Tesla Center network across Central Europe. Responsibilities include leading search campaigns for new locations, coordinating with internal stakeholders, compiling Real Estate packages, executing ad-hoc projects related to infrastructure needs, assisting with portfolio management and lease reviews, and streamlining existing programs. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational and communication skills, be fluent in English and German, possess both logical and creative thinking abilities, and have a demonstrated interest in real estate and operations. Prior internship experience is a plus. The role requires a high level of initiative, a willingness to learn, and adaptability.

We are dedicated in providing an experience where the intern contributes to their team’s success by taking on meaningful projects.

In this internship, you will work alongside the Infrastructure Development team supporting the Real Estate expansion and portfolio of the Tesla Center network across seven markets in Central Europe. As we grow in different markets, expanding Tesla’s physical footprint and services to our customers is essential. The Real Estate Intern will be a crucial part in the successful opening of new Tesla locations

What You’ll Do

Lead search campaigns to identify suitable objects for new Tesla locations in key markets and cities.Coordinate with internal stakeholders across teams and markets on projects of new and existing locations.
Compile Real Estate Packages for leadership approval as needed in collaboration with Real Estate Managers
Execute on ad hoc projects that involve solving our local infrastructure needs
Assist with portfolio management and review leases, addendums, and renewals
Help to streamline and build efficiencies of existing programs and tools
Take on communication and negotiation with externals

What You’ll Bring

Currently enrolled or recently finished university studies in Real Estate, Finance, Business Management, Architecture, Economics, or equivalent.
Written/spoken fluency in both English and German.
You have pronounced capacity for both logical and creative thinking. Being organized, detail-oriented, able to multi-task and evaluate priorities is key. You have an interest in operations and infrastructure. Previous internship and project experience is a plus.
Willing to travel for project support paired with being self-directed. A high bias for action and a “can do” attitude, but open to feedback and a strong desire to learn and adjust accordingly. You have a strong work ethic
