We are seeking a QA Lead who will play a critical role in ensuring the quality of our systems. With a focus on proactive testing and implementing automated solutions, you'll drive the success of our team and provide expert advice on efficient testing strategies throughout the entire software development process. Help us deliver top-notch experiences and take your skills to the next level.

YOUR CHALLENGE

In this role, you will join a talented team of of software engineers and make a real impact on the quality of our platform that is going to be used daily by millions of players:

• Defining test strategies based on software development plans
  
• Manage all testing activities, processes & methods within PortalOne, from planning to execution.
  
• Plan, implement & track manual or automated testing plans covering all aspects of the product, including both frontend & backend.
  
• Verify and review software requirements.
  
• Continually improve testing infrastructure & tools.
  
• Lead & mentor a team of QA professionals.
  
• Collaborate & coordinate with relevant stakeholders & leads.

WHO YOU ARE

We are looking for someone who has:

• insert qualifications, skills and education requirements
• 3-5 years of experience leading a game development team.
• ISTQB Foundation level certification or equivalent work experience.
• Excellent knowledge of game development workflows and testing methodologies.
• Extensive experience with testing tools and technologies such as JIRA.
• Experience shipping AA/AAA games on PC, console or mobile.
• Strong attention to detail and excellent problem-solving skills.
• Ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical team members, both in writing and verbally.
• Excellent English verbal & written communication skills.
• Be a positive team player that is always willing to learn & improve.
