Job Description

Level Infinite seeks an Esports Operations Manager specializing in PUBG Mobile's club ecosystem. Responsibilities include managing overseas club operations, creating and optimizing professional esports rules, fostering communication with teams, and overseeing international tournament participation. The role requires developing and implementing incentive programs for top clubs to ensure their long-term growth. Success hinges on understanding PUBG Mobile's user needs and aligning programs with product, event, and ecosystem goals. Strong cross-team collaboration and negotiation skills are essential.

Must have:

3+ years of team/league management experience
Fluent in English and Chinese
Deep understanding of esports and club operations
Strong communication and collaboration skills
PUBGM expertise and experience with esports leagues
Ability to develop and implement incentive plans
Manage international tournament participation

岗位职责

1. 负责海外俱乐部生态管理，包括职业赛事规则制定、优化、战队日常沟通管理，国际赛现场战队管理工作；
2. 了解PUBGM用户需求，结合产品、赛事及生态情况，制定符合产品的俱乐部激励计划及运营计划，促进海外头部俱乐部的长期持续发展。

岗位要求

1. 有战队/联盟管理工作经验3年或以上，中英文流利，均可作为工作语言；
2. 热爱游戏，热爱电竞，对电竞和俱乐部运营有深入的研究和独特理解，有创新精神，有电竞联盟相关工作经验者优先；
3. 良好的跨团队协作及沟通能力，局部优先的商业谈判，项目管理能力。
