Job Description

As a Product Manager, Shopping Creator at YouTube, you'll define the roadmap for creators to discover products, connect with brands, create product-focused content, and manage their shopping businesses. You'll leverage AI to enable easy product tagging in content and collaborate cross-functionally to ship features. Responsibilities include working with Business, Legal, and Policy teams to develop a robust GTM strategy, focusing on long-tail creators and driving feature adoption. You'll directly influence the future of creator shopping businesses on YouTube, guiding products from conception to launch by connecting the technical and business worlds.

Must have:

Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
5+ years product management experience
Experience developing internet products
Cross-functional collaboration
Roadmap definition and execution
AI technology implementation

Good to have:

Influencer marketing experience
Social commerce and/or digital advertising experience
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills

Minimum qualifications:

Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
5 years of experience in product management.
Experience developing Internet products and technologies.

Preferred qualifications:

Experience in influencer marketing, social commerce, and/or digital advertising.
Excellent organization, problem-solving, and written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

Define the roadmap for how YouTube creators can discover products their audience would appreciate, connect with brands, seamlessly create product forward content, monitor its performance, run a business.
Enable creators to easily tag products in their content by leverage cutting edge AI tech to identify products in their content.
Work with cross functionally to ship features to help creators manage their shopping business.
Work cross functionally with Business, Legal and Policy teams to develop a robust GTM approach for long tail creators to drive adoption of our features launches.
Direct the future of how creators build shopping businesses on YouTube.
