At PrizePicks, we are the fastest-growing sports company in North America, as recognized by Inc. 5000. As the leading platform for Daily Fantasy Sports, we cover a diverse range of sports leagues, including the NFL, NBA, and Esports titles like League of Legends and Counter-Strike. Our team of over 450 employees thrives in an inclusive culture that values individuals from diverse backgrounds, regardless of their level of sports fandom. Ready to reimagine the DFS industry together?

PrizePicks, the leading DFS platform known for its fun and engaging yet simple product, and a thriving community, is seeking a superstar Product Manager to be an integral part of our Pick ‘Em Product Team. The ideal candidate will be passionate about sports, technology, and have a strong product management background.

What you’ll do:

  • Strategize:
    • Identify opportunities to innovate and improve our products, while ensuring a best in class user experience by synthesizing customer pain points, user research, analysis, and stakeholder feedback.
    • Become an expert on the PrizePicks Pick ‘Em product and deeply understand our member base.
  • Execute:
    • Execute our team’s product vision, strategy, and roadmap for user-facing features of the core Pick ‘Em product
    • Own the end-to-end product lifecycle, from ideation to launch and ongoing optimization.
    • Define and execute technical requirements, launch strategy, and overall vision of the product.
  • Collaborate:
    • Work closely with engineers, designers, and a variety of stakeholder groups to define, build, and iterate on a best-in-class user experience.
  • Learn:
    • Deeply understand the DFS landscape, particularly user behavior across new (and existing) game modes, and how it continues to evolve across the industry.
    • Champion a data-driven approach to product decision-making.
  • Grow:
    • Our team is growing rapidly and we want you to want to grow with it.

What you have:

  • 3+ years of experience in product management or related disciplines.
  • A proven track record of building products customers love.
  • Entrepreneurial drive, passion for our mission, and deep empathy for our customers.
  • Experience building products across web and mobile apps (Apple and Android app stores).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across functions.
  • Strong product discovery and strategic critical thinking skills.
  • Self-driven ambition with a sense of urgency and a knack for taking audibles in stride and adapting in a high-paced environment.
  • A constant desire to learn.

What makes you stand out:

  • Prior experience in the sports/gaming industry and/or a power user of the industry’s products.
  • Obsessive about something. We obviously love sports, but maybe it’s something else for you. What makes you tick? (Being a big sports-head definitely helps too).
  • You can add to the PrizePicks Culture. We want to work with people who bring something to the table on and off the field / in and out of the office.
  • You’re a do-er. Blockers aren’t blockers in your world, and when the play breaks down, you’re more of a Patrick Mahomes than a Daniel Jones.
  • The ability to work with and define ambiguity.
  • You have a proven track record of successfully taking products from 0 → 1.
  • You have a superpower. Everyone’s got one… what’s yours?

Where you’ll live:

  • Our tech/product team is remote-first… so anywhere in the US is fine, but Atlanta or New York would be preferred if you want to maximize the PrizePicks culture offline. #LI-Remote

Benefits you’ll receive:

In addition to your great compensation package, full-time employees will be eligible for the following perks:

  • Company-subsidized medical, dental, & vision plans
  • 401(k) plan with company match
  • Bi-annual bonus
  • Flexible PTO to encourage a healthy work/life balance (2 weeks STRONGLY encouraged!)
  • Generous paid leave programs, including 16-week paid parental leave and disability benefits
  • Workplace flexibility and modern work schedules focused on getting the job done, not hours clocked
  • Company-wide in-person events and team outings
  • Lifestyle enhancement program
  • Company equipment provided (Windows & Mac options)
  • Annual performance reviews with opportunities for growth and career development

You must be authorized to work for any employer in the U.S.  We are unable to sponsor or take over sponsorship of an employment Visa at this time.
