Job Description

As a Product Manager for Google Distributed Cloud Developer Experience, you will play a crucial role in shaping the developer experience for Google's Distributed Cloud. You will define and implement the product strategy, ensuring that GDCH provides a comprehensive, effective, and scalable experience for developers building, deploying, and operating new applications. This includes evaluating and advocating for features like AI-powered tools and defining the user experience for developers who work with GDCH workloads. You will collaborate with engineering, user experience research, end users, other Google product teams, and the ISV ecosystem to bring your vision to life.

Must have:

Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience
5 years of experience in product management or related technical role
5 years of experience building features for infrastructure or software operations on customer premises
2 years of experience taking technical products from conception to launch

Good to have:

Experience with AI-powered products
Experience working in regulated markets or public sector
Knowledge of the Developer Operations, vendor, and OSS ecosystem

Minimum qualifications:

Responsibilities

Take ownership of defining and implementing the developer experience.
Define the product strategy to ensure that GDCH provides a comprehensive, effective, and scalable product experience for developers that want to build, deploy, and operate new applications on GDCH.
Evaluate and advocate features, such as integration of AI-powered tools.
Define the user experiences for users who develop and deploy workloads, collaborating with other product managers to ensure the platform delivers those experiences.
Collaborate with engineering, user experience research, end users, other Google product teams and the ISV ecosystem.
