Job Description

You will be responsible for implementing and configuring CRM systems to meet business requirements. Managing CRM system updates, upgrades, and troubleshooting and ensure system security and data privacy compliance. Proficient in APIs functionality and configurations for setting up workflows, integrating data from source systems, and managing data modifications and configurations within CRMs. Oversee data migration and integration from various sources ensuring data accuracy, consistency, and integrity within the CRM. Develop and manage data cleaning and deduplication processes and involvement in developing and maintaining APIs and other integration points. Customize CRM workflows, fields, and objects to align with business processes to develop custom reports, dashboards, and analytics to support decision-making. Create and maintain documentation for system configuration and customizations. Gather user feedback and implement improvements to enhance the user experience. Lead CRM-related projects and initiatives and coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure project success.
Must have:
  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as a technical CRM specialist or in a similar role with experience with implementing CRM workflows and automations.
  • Strong knowledge of CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics, HubSpot).
  • Proficiency in SQL, experience with data analysis tools, and experience with CRM integrations and APIs.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
