About the Role

We are seeking a Product Manager with 4-6 years of experience, preferably within the gaming industry, to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be passionate about gaming and have a proven track record of managing and delivering successful products. You will play a key role in shaping and executing our product strategy, ensuring that our offerings meet market needs and drive business growth.

What You Will Do

• Define and implement the product vision, strategy, and roadmap in alignment with YGG’s goals and objectives.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams including game developers, designers, and marketing to deliver high-quality products.
• Conduct market research and analyze competitive trends to inform product decisions and identify opportunities.
• Develop detailed product requirements and manage the product lifecycle from concept to launch.
• Monitor product performance and gather user feedback to drive continuous improvements.
• Ensure timely delivery of product milestones and manage project timelines effectively.

What We’re Looking For

• 4-6 years of experience as a Product Manager, with a strong preference for experience in the gaming industry.
• Proven experience in managing the development and launch of successful products.
• Solid understanding of game development processes and industry trends.
• Interpersonal skills is very important
• Excellent project management skills with the ability to lead and coordinate cross-functional teams.
• Strong analytical skills and experience with market research and user feedback analysis.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and handle multiple priorities.
• Experience with blockchain technology and NFTs is a plus.
