Job Description

As a Product Manager, Application Integration at Google, you will guide products from conception to launch, bridging the technical and business worlds. You'll break down complex problems, collaborate cross-functionally with engineers, designers, and marketers, and analyze market trends to define product roadmaps. Responsibilities include conducting market research in the iPaaS market, collaborating with stakeholders to define product features, working closely with customers and sales teams, collaborating with Engineering and Design teams for product delivery, and utilizing data analytics for product improvements. You will be responsible for analyzing, positioning, packaging, promoting, and tailoring solutions to users. This role requires a Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience and 5 years in product management or a related technical role, with 2 years of experience launching technical products.

Must have:

Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
5 years of experience in product management
2 years experience launching technical products
Cross-functional collaboration skills
Market research and analysis
Product roadmap definition
Data-driven decision making

Good to have:

Experience in enterprise cloud market
Experience launching products from zero to 100

Minimum qualifications:

Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
5 years of experience in product management or related technical role.
2 years of experience taking technical products from conception to launch.

Preferred qualifications:

Experience in developing and launching products and technologies in the enterprise cloud market.
Experience in building and launching products from zero to 100.
Demonstrated ability to work cross-functionally.

Responsibilities

Conduct market research to identify customer needs, trends, and competitive landscapes in the iPaaS market.
Collaborate with stakeholders to define the product feature roadmap based on market insights and customer feedback.
Work closely with customers, sales, and customer support teams to understand customer requirements and pain points.
Collaborate with Engineering and Design teams to ensure the successful development and delivery of product features.
Utilize data and analytics to measure the success of product features and make data-driven decisions for product improvements.
