Requirements:
Master’s or Ph.D. degree (preferred) in Electrical or Electronics Engineering with 5 to 10+ years related experience. In-depth knowledge of EDA industry with strong background in Signal Integrity, Power Integrity, Electromagnetics, Thermal, and RF related to Package and PCB Design are required. Candidate should have experience in Cadence Allegro platform tools including: Sigrity, Clarity, Celsius, PCB Editor, IC Package, or competitive tools in these areas. The candidate must possess excellent written and verbal communication skills. Ability to present and clearly articulate solutions individually, and in front of medium to large groups is essential.
The annual salary range for California is $120,400 to $223,600. You may also be eligible to receive incentive compensation: bonus, equity, and benefits. Sales positions generally offer a competitive On Target Earnings (OTE) incentive compensation structure.
