The Parts Advisor Intern in Tainan City will be responsible for handling inquiries via phone and email, receiving and managing inventory, supporting after-sales service and parts supply, accurately recording issues in the dealer management system, analyzing and resolving supply chain issues, meticulously documenting repair time, costs, and materials used, negotiating with suppliers on delivery schedules, and performing other assigned tasks. The ideal candidate will possess basic knowledge of automotive repair, experience in parts and materials management, understanding of basic automotive operations, familiarity with dealership workflows, proficiency in DMS systems and MS Office software, and excellent written communication skills in English and Chinese. This internship requires a minimum of three years' experience in materials and logistics management.
