This position is fully remote and requires candidates to be residing in and authorized to work in the EMEA region with preference given to those located in the United Kingdom. Candidates should be able to reliably attend meetings during US business hours when requested.

We are looking for an organized and experienced Order Management Specialist based in the EMEA region to join our Operations team. The ideal candidate will have experience receiving, entering, and monitoring B2B orders, as well as processing returns and exchanges. They will serve as a point of contact for all orders based in the EMEA and APAC regions, providing support in a timely and courteous manner.
This position reports to the Senior Manager of Order Management. The person in this role will work cross-collaboratively with our entire operations, logistics, and sales teams as well as externally with B2B customers based in the EMEA and APAC regions.
The starting annual rate for this role is up to £33,500 depending on knowledge, skills, experience, education, and geographic location. Payment will be made in local currency.
