Job Description

Your influential mission. You will... 

  • Integrate new customers by using Python configurations
  • Deploy applications to production and test sites
  • Resolve incidents accordingly to SLA requirements
  • Drive root cause analysis for problems
  • Monitoring our environments on on-call duties
  • Work closely with Platform and Game Operations Teams
  • Provide technical support to customers via phone, email, or chat
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to software, or network systems
  • Document and track customer interactions and technical issues in the support system
  • Escalate complex issues to engineering teams
  • Assist in maintaining a knowledge base of common customer issues and solutions
  • Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction by providing timely and effective support
  • Collaborate with other team members to improve processes and customer service practices

Qualifications

Components for success. You... 

  • Should have 2+  years of experience in Support, DevOps, System Administrator or any tech position in IT like technical account manager
  •  Have hands-on experience with databases MySQL and/or MariaDB
  • Must have strong knowledge of Linux and Networking 
  • Having experience in a programming language, primarily in Python is merited
  • Display strong knowledge of system architecture, troubleshooting, and performance tuning
  • Must have excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
  • Demonstrate effective teamwork and communication skills
  • Have good spoken and written English upper intermediate
  • Have the ability to learn quickly and the willingness to continuously improve yourself
  • Are a self-motivated proactive individual with a positive attitude
  • Ability to work on, on-call duties to respond to critical alerts and ensure system stability
