Operations Associate: IBA Invoice Compliance
Job Description: As an Operations Associate specializing in IBA (Invoiced by Amazon) invoice correction and compliance, your primary responsibility will be to ensure accurate and timely correction of customer and seller invoices for our B2B clients at AWIPL (Assuming AWIPL is your company). Your role will involve executing invoice corrections according to established Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to maintain compliance and financial accuracy.
Key Workstreams:
- Collaboration with Internal Teams: You'll work closely with various internal teams such as the Seller Compliance, Taxation, Accounting, and Product teams to ensure adherence to SOPs and timely correction of SFO (Seller-Fulfilled Orders) and CFO (Customer-Fulfilled Orders) invoices.
- Core Services: Your core services will include redriving failed e-invoices, rectifying instances where Invoice Reference Number (IRN) has not been generated, and correcting invoices for Price/Tax/Classification (PTC) changes via credit and rebill processes on the PWC (Presumably a third-party service) portal. This will also involve coordination with the tax and accounting teams for clarification on PTC errors, HSN (Harmonized System of Nomenclature) issues, and other related matters.
- Adherence to SOPs and Tool Utilization: You'll be responsible for strictly adhering to the correction SOPs, mastering the PWC tool for invoice correction, troubleshooting any issues that arise during the process, and reporting and escalating discrepancies to the PWC team as necessary.
- Metrics and Reporting: Ensuring the publication of metrics and reports to key stakeholders and tracking the Voice of the Customer (VOC) feedback will be crucial aspects of your role. This involves quantifying the services provided based on the number of invoices corrected per month.
SALARY RANGE : 5 LPA
