Job Description

Paytm is seeking an ambitious and energetic individual for a Merchant Operations Associate role. Responsibilities include hiring for Associates across Merchant Risk Operations (Onboarding, Risk, LEA, Campaigns), working across merchant operations functions, ensuring accurate and timely data records and MIS reports, and core operations tasks such as merchant onboarding (post-KYC), transaction monitoring, and alert actioning. The ideal candidate will be able to handle responsibility with minimal supervision, demonstrate excellent communication skills, and manage tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Must have:

Hiring across Merchant Risk Operations functions
Data record & MIS report maintenance
Merchant onboarding post KYC verification
Transaction monitoring and alerts actioning
Excellent communication skills

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

1) Hiring for Associates across functions of Merchant Risk Operations including Onboarding, Risk, LEA, Campaigns

2) Will be working across functions of merchant operations.

3) Ensure all data records & MIS reports are timely maintained with accuracy.

4) Core Operations Job involving onboarding the merchant after KYC verification, Transaction Monitoring, Alerts actioning etc.

OTHER SKILL SET:

· Handle responsibility with minimal supervision with considerable latitude for initiative and independent judgment

· Excellent communication skills both written and oral.

· Plan, organize, and manage tasks simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
