As Manager, PMO Data & Insights, you'll lead end-to-end execution of cross-functional data projects, ensuring timely delivery within scope and budget. Responsibilities include defining project objectives, developing detailed plans, allocating resources, and communicating progress to stakeholders. You'll coordinate multidisciplinary teams (Data Science, Business Analytics, etc.), manage risks and dependencies, and facilitate stakeholder alignment. The role requires championing project management best practices and driving continuous improvement through data-driven outcomes. You will ensure seamless integration of project deliverables with existing processes and organizational objectives.
Must have:
  • Lead cross-functional data projects
  • Develop detailed project plans
  • Manage project risks and dependencies
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management
  • Expertise in project management methodologies (Agile, Scrum, Waterfall)
  • Data analytics and visualization skills (Power BI, Tableau, SQL)
Good to have:
  • Advanced studies in data analytics or project management
  • Experience with Big Data technologies

As a Manager, PMO Data & Insights , you will lead the end-to-end execution of cross-functional data projects, ensuring timely delivery within scope and budget. You will collaborate with stakeholders to define project objectives, develop detailed plans, and allocate resources. Acting as the central coordination point, you will communicate progress, risks, and mitigation strategies to stakeholders, while proactively managing risks and dependencies. Additionally, you will facilitate stakeholder alignment and drive continuous improvement by applying project management best practices.

The Manager, PMO Data & Insights will be responsible for:

  • Lead and manage the end-to-end execution of cross-functional data projects, ensuring adherence to timelines, scope, and budget.
  • Define project objectives, scope, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders, developing detailed project plans, schedules, and resource allocations to support implementation.
  • Serve as the central point of coordination across multidisciplinary teams, including Data Science, Business Analytics, Content Analytics, Revenue Research, and Consumer Insights, fostering a collaborative and high-performance environment.
  • Effectively communicate project progress, risks, and mitigation strategies to key stakeholders, including senior leadership and project sponsors.
  • Proactively identify and manage project risks, dependencies, and issues, developing contingency plans to mitigate potential disruptions and ensure project success.
  • Facilitate stakeholder alignment and collaboration through regular meetings, workshops, and status updates, while collecting feedback to drive continuous improvement.
  • Ensure seamless integration of project deliverables with existing processes, and organizational objectives. Monitor the project's progress, oversee its development, and analyze project-related data to ensure alignment with timelines, objectives, and deliverables, while identifying opportunities for improvement.
  • Champion project management best practices, methodologies, and tools within the team and organization, contributing to the development of robust frameworks and standards.

What we need from you to be part of this story: 

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Information Technology, Data Analytics, or related fields.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all organizational levels.
  • Expertise in project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Scrum, Waterfall) and tools.
  • Understanding of data management, analytics, and visualization concepts, as well as related technologies (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, SQL, Big Data).
  • Advanced level of English.
  • Advanced studies or additional certifications in data analytics or project management are desirable.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities and navigate ambiguity in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
  • Exceptional problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex situations, identify root causes, and propose effective solutions.
  • Strategic mindset with a focus on delivering value through data-driven outcomes.
