能根据各国家地区用户偏好,产品类型等因素,搭建运营模式,确保核心业务指标达成;
关注海外头部平台动向,定期梳理行业上的用户增长及商业化洞察和研究分析,并能快速沉沉方法论应用到所在业务。
本科及以上学历,英语能作为工作语言;
理解海外各区域头部平台玩法、属性、用户喜好,政策等基础信息;
具备良好的游戏用户运营及商业化运营能力,能依据平台及用户特性,策划运营玩法;
具备较好的跨部门合作沟通协调的经验和能力、抗压能力强,有较强的逻镇思维能力,出色的沟通能力和团队协作能力;
大于3年游戏或平台等相关行业工作经验。
