Your Team, Your Impact

The Legal Department in Israel addresses a variety of legal issues and operates as part of Marvell’s global legal team, headquartered in the United States. This team supports the company's legal needs through both local and international collaboration.

What You Can Expect

As a member of the legal team, you will assist with administrative and legal duties, including corporate filings, along with other legal support activities:

  • Manage the legal contract archive.
  • Conduct legal research and draft legal opinions.
  • privacy related issues.
  • Draft legal letters and correspondence.
  • Review NDAs and license agreements.

What We're Looking For

  • 2nd year law student (with at least two years remaining until graduation).
  • Strong academic record.
  • Proficient in English (reading and writing).
  • Strong organizational skills with an ability to learn independently.
  • Available 2-3 days a week (approximately 20 hours) around academic commitments.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to multi-task and work under pressure.
