Summary

CloudLinux seeks a Relocation Manager to develop and manage employee relocation packages globally. Responsibilities include creating and updating comprehensive relocation packages, providing tailored assistance to employees, managing relocation cases, improving legal/tax/compliance guides, monitoring employee needs, managing vendor relationships, and strategically planning optimal locations for legal entities in Europe. The ideal candidate has strong relocation experience in tech companies, understands tech specialists' roles, excels at communication, and has personal relocation experience, ideally within Poland, Spain, or Serbia. Knowledge of immigration and legal regimes is crucial, as is experience managing external vendors. Strong organizational and communication skills are essential.

CloudLinux is looking for a dynamic and experienced Relocation Manager who will be responsible for shaping and managing our employee relocation packages, ensuring they are clear and understandable for all.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and Manage Relocation Program: Create a clear, comprehensive relocation package and update it regularly to align with business needs.
  • Key Employee Support: Provide tailored relocation assistance to key employees, addressing specific needs and refining support packages.
  • Case Management and Documentation: Handle employee relocation cases, continuously improve guides on legal, tax, and compliance issues, and maintain structured documentation for future use.
  • Guidance and Support: Monitor employee needs, propose effective solutions, and manage vendor relationships to ensure smooth relocations.
  • Strategic Location Planning: Identify optimal locations for establishing legal entities in Europe, gather employee input, and lead decision-making.
  • Proactive Problem Solving: Present actionable, budget-conscious relocation solutions and maintain detailed records in accessible formats.
  • Candidates support: Provide advice to candidates on relocation, legalization, and tax issues

Requirements

  • Strong work experience in relocation, global mobility in tech companies. 
  • You have a strong understanding of tech specialists and their roles, and you excel at building rapport and communicating effectively, even with those who may be more reserved or difficult to engage.You are a relocated person yourself. 
  • Experience of living / working in one-two of our locations (Poland, Spain, Serbia). 
  • Knowledge of immigration and legal regimes; familiarity with visa, work permits, and immigration processes for different countries, especially the ones where we operate
  • Strong experience in working with and managing relationships with external vendors
  • Exceptional soft skills to make our people feel supported
  • Strong organizational skills to coordinate the logistical aspects of relocation and problem-solving ability
  • Internal communication skills: you can document our relocation cases and communicate changes to our employees 
  • Fluent Russian and English is a must.
