In this role, the person will partner closely with AS/Creative to come up with Creative Brief, constantly track the market trends, evaluate new opportunities and conduct researching.
• Collaborate with Account team and Creative team to shape campaign strategies that attract and engage consumers under senior staff's supervision
• Contribute to the strategic debate on brands, articulate and support a point of view on how it should be 'moved on'
• Develop and maintain a strong working relationship with internal teams, especially creative teams
• Act as advocate for great ideas in creative reviews
• Ability to make complex concepts understandable and communicate in a simple and concise manner
• To be a collaborative approach to working with cross-functional partners to achieve the vision of the brand
