Junior IT Support Technician – Immediate Start

We are currently looking for a Junior IT Support Technician to join our team in Brisbane. If you are degree-qualified, eager to learn, and looking for hands-on experience in a fast-paced technical environment, this role is for you.

Key Responsibilities:

• Configure and deploy computer workstations for internal and external projects.
• Troubleshoot computer systems, operating systems, applications, and network issues.
• Assist with the preparation and maintenance of technical inventory, including Audio Visual equipment.
• Provide user account management, system maintenance, and software updates.
• Support on-site installations of computer systems, servers, and AV equipment.
• Collaborate with the technical team to ensure smooth operations and timely project delivery.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Degree qualified in IT, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Basic knowledge of PC and Mac operating systems, with troubleshooting skills.
• Strong communication skills and a proactive approach to tasks.
• Permanent Australian working rights are essential.
• Availability for an immediate start.
• Willingness to occasionally work out-of-hours to meet project deadlines.
