Job Description

This senior Java Microservices Developer role in Bengaluru, India requires 7-11 years of experience. Responsibilities include designing and developing microservices using Java technologies (Spring Boot, Spring Batch, Spring Data), collaborating with cross-functional teams, maintaining microservices architecture documentation, debugging and providing production support, implementing CI/CD processes, and mentoring junior developers. The candidate will provide technical guidance, ensure process compliance, prepare status reports, and contribute to technical discussions and reviews. Strong problem-solving, analytical, communication, and collaboration skills are essential.

Must have:

7-11 years Java development experience
Microservices architecture using Spring Boot
Excellent problem-solving skills
Strong communication & collaboration
CI/CD implementation experience

Project description

You will be responsible for managing technology in projects and providing technical guidance and solutions for work completion.
(1.) To be responsible for providing technical guidance and solutions
(2.) To ensure process compliance in the assigned module and participate in technical discussions and reviews.
(3.) To prepare and submit status reports for minimizing exposure and risks on the project or closure of escalations.
(4.) Being self-organized and focused on develop on time and quality software

Responsibilities

Design and develop microservices using Java-related technologies.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement new products and improve the existing systems in our microservices architecture

Develop and maintain documentation of the microservices architecture, including design patterns, best practices and coding standards.

Debug, troubleshoot and provide production support for microservice-based applications

Implement automated testing and continuous integration/continuous deployment (CI/CD) processes to ensure quality and efficiency in the development cycle.

Mentor and guide junior developers on microservices architecture, design patterns, and best practices.

Skills

Must have

7-11 years of hands-on experience in Java development and MS.

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field.

Experience in developing and deploying microservices architectures using Spring Boot, Spring Batch, Spring Data or similar frameworks.

Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills

Strong communication and collaboration skills

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
