Your role and responsibilities

In this role, you will have the opportunity to contribute significantly to successful project results in technology, software, product, and/or solution development. Each day, you will act as the first point of contact in Research and Development for specific product-related issues and maintenance. You will also showcase your expertise by identifying, proposing, and implementing innovative solutions.

The work model for the role is:

This role is contributing to the Motion business Service division in Bangalore, India.

You will be mainly accountable for:

• Contribute and oversee the implementation and management of DevOps practices, focusing on Azure environments.
• Provision and manage infrastructure resources using Azure Resource Manager templates, Terraform, or similar tools.
• Design, implement, and manage continuous integration and continuous deployment (CI/CD) pipelines using YAML.
• Automate deployment processes, monitoring, and other operational tasks to ensure efficiency, reliability and availability.
• Work closely with development, operations, and security teams to ensure seamless integration, delivery and incident resolution activities.
• Implement monitoring and logging solutions to ensure system reliability and performance.
• Ensure that all systems and applications are secure and compliant with industry standards and best practices.
• Provide guidance and mentorship to junior DevOps engineers and other team members.
• Identify and correct single point of failure.
  
  
  

Qualifications For The Role

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in computer science, Electronics and Communication, Electrical Engineering, or equivalent skill level.
• 10 to 12 years of experience, and minimum 4 years of experience in Building and deploying solutions to Azure cloud developed using C#.Net. In
• Deep hands-on experience in Azure DevOps, Azure Resource Manager, Terraform, YAML, Kubernetes, Docker, Azure application gateway, Knowledge/experience with managing DNS/VNet/Firewall. Understanding of Microsoft Identity and Access Management products such including Azure AD or AD B2C, RBAC
• Strong scripting skills in languages such as PowerShell, Bash, or Python.
• Alerts configuration, Dashboard creation, Azure Monitor, App Insights and Log Analytics, Security monitoring and Third-party tools like Splunk
• Experience in performance tuning and optimization of applications and infrastructure.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams & Relevant certifications such as Microsoft Certified: Azure DevOps Engineer Expert are a plus
