Join Digital Extremes as an Internal Recruitment Specialist and play a key role in building the team behind some of the most innovative games in the industry. - Manage the full recruitment cycle for junior roles, collaborating with hiring managers to define job requirements and extend offers.
- Proactively source candidates through LinkedIn Recruiter, social media, job boards, and professional networks to build and maintain a strong talent pipeline in Greenhouse CRM.
- Support internal candidate mobility by managing applications, providing feedback, and partnering with HR to align on career growth opportunities.
- Coordinate employee contract extensions, ensuring accurate communication and documentation with employees and managers.
- Oversee the coop/intern program, including job postings, interviews, and fostering relationships with universities to attract emerging talent.
- Maintain accurate and compliant candidate records in Greenhouse while ensuring all recruitment-related documentation is up to date.
- Create and post compelling job advertisements, monitor recruitment channels, and suggest improvements to attract top talent.
- Other responsibilities as assigned.
- 2+ years of experience in recruitment, ideally within the gaming industry.
- Proven expertise in talent acquisition tools like LinkedIn Recruiter and Greenhouse.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills to collaborate with candidates, hiring managers, and HR teams.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
- Knowledge of labor laws and recruitment compliance best practices.
- Experience managing co-op/intern programs and building relationships with universities is a plus.
