The Insights Consultant reports to the Sector Lead, Insights Consulting, and is responsible for managing day-to-day customer relationships for a subset of smaller customers within a specific sector. They address customer needs, present report findings, make recommendations, and serve as a trusted point of contact. This role coordinates and executes on tasks delegated by Senior Insights Consultants and Sector leads to ensure deliverables meet customer expectations.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

    • Works collaboratively with internal teams to ensure high-quality products are delivered to customers.
    • Contributes to the quality control of reporting.
    • Helps to coordinate and project. manage collaboration with the delivery organization and commercial teams.
    • Plays a key role in responding to time-sensitive questions/queries related to the client program and maintains proactive communication with the client between service reviews.
    • Supports client communications during account and project ramp-up, including taking necessary briefs and appropriate client training.
    • Helps prepare for client presentations by supporting scripting on findings and recommendations.

Minimum Required Qualifications

    • Bachelor’s degree or relevant experience will be considered in lieu of education.
    • 1-2 years experience in project, account management, writing and analytics.
    • 5-10% travel.
