Job Description

Disneyland Paris seeks a Boutique Salesperson for a permanent, 35-hour contract. Responsibilities include welcoming guests, providing exceptional customer service, maximizing sales by offering complementary items, efficiently processing transactions, maintaining a positive store atmosphere, restocking shelves, and engaging authentically with guests. The ideal candidate possesses a vocational high school diploma in commerce, at least one year of sales experience (ideally in a high-traffic setting), fluency in French (C1), intermediate English (B1), and availability for a flexible work schedule (6 AM to 2 AM). The role involves working within a dynamic team of 50-100 employees across Disneyland Paris' numerous boutiques.

Must have:

Vocational high school diploma in commerce
1+ year sales experience
French (C1), English (B1)
Flexible availability (6 AM-2 AM)
Excellent customer service skills
Teamwork and sales-oriented

With over fifty boutiques, our Merchandise division offers you a unique opportunity to bring the magic to life for our guests in the parks, Disney Village, and themed hotels. Create unforgettable memories with them through souvenirs ranging from toys and games to collectibles, sweet treats, and apparel.

Your daily missions:
As part of a dynamic team of 50 to 100 employees, you will play a key role in our boutique. Your responsibilities include:

Welcoming and advising our guests with a smile, ensuring an unforgettable experience.
Offering complementary items to maximize customer satisfaction while meeting sales goals.
Efficiently handling transactions while maintaining a warm atmosphere.
Restocking shelves to ensure optimal presentation and prevent stock shortages.
Bringing your boutique’s theme to life through authentic and engaging interactions with guests.

What we’re looking for in you:

A vocational high school diploma in commerce, with at least one year of experience in sales and customer service, ideally in a high-traffic environment.
A friendly, dynamic spirit and a genuine passion for teamwork.
Proficiency in French (C1) and an intermediate level of English (B1).
Availability to work within a wide schedule range, from 6 AM to 2 AM.
