As an Inclusion, Equity & Belonging (IEB) Business Partner, you’ll provide strategic support and guidance to senior leaders within assigned business functions. Working closely with business leaders, you’ll define, develop, and implement the IEB strategy and action plans. You’ll collaborate with a wider cross-functional team, serving as a key partner for our global team members and Business Resource Groups. Your focus will be on creating comprehensive approaches to advance global IEB initiatives that align with the cultural and business objectives of each department.
Collaborate with Talent Acquisition and HR Business Partner teams to develop a cohesive talent strategy that effectively integrates diversity, equity, and inclusion.
Support leaders within your designated business function on diversity, inclusion, equity, and belonging initiatives, ensuring alignment with overall business objectives.
Serve as a strategic advisor to our Employee Relations team, helping to address and resolve employee concerns related to IEB.
Plan and coordinate department-level events and training sessions that promote diversity and inclusion, ensuring they resonate with the daily responsibilities of our global team members.
Analyze and assess workforce data at the departmental level, creating reports to track progress toward diversity and inclusion goals.
Partner with other IEB Business Partners to exchange best practices and collaborate on broader enterprise-wide initiatives.
A minimum of 3 years of experience in a Diversity & Inclusion role or as an HR Generalist with a strong emphasis on Diversity & Inclusion initiatives is required.
Experience supporting customer service organizations is highly preferred.
Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills, with proven consulting, influencing, and leadership skills.
Ability to effectively collaborate and influence teams within a globally matrixed organization.
Experience in working with, leading, or supporting diversity-focused communities, including industry associations, charitable organizations, or employee/business resource groups.
Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Human Resources, or a related field aligned with organizational effectiveness is required.

The US base salary range for this full-time position is 96,000.00 USD - 120,000.00 USD, plus bonus, equity, and benefits as applicable. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location.
