Summary

Contract drafting, review, and negotiation are key responsibilities, covering MSAs, SOWs, and NDAs. The individual will perform in-depth analysis and make independent decisions.

Job Description & Summary: A career in Procurement, within Internal Firm Services, will provide you with the opportunity to develop and manage the procurement of all goods and services required by PwC for operational and strategic purposes. As a part of the team, you’ll assist in developing our standard practices and compliance infrastructure, managing relationships for both internal clients and suppliers to aid in the strategic selection of suppliers, supplier diversity, and contract negotiations.

As part of our team, you’ll be responsible for the acquisition of services and capital equipment and goods. We serve as the relationship manager for both internal clients and suppliers by seeking appropriate solutions for all sourcing needs, creating, reviewing, and negotiating contractual arrangements through thought leadership, subject matter specialisation, and strategic advising.

Responsibilities:

We are looking for individuals who have the following skillset:

  • Understanding of travel and event domain
  • Hands-on sourcing experience
  • Negotiation skills
  • MIS analysis and reporting skills
  • Should have experience in handling Pan India indirect services sourcing like Events (residential/non-residential), Airline and hotel etc.
  • Knowledge of contract life cycle tool (preferable Apttus) and e-sourcing tool like Oracle.
  • Sound understanding of MS Excel, MS PowerPoint and Power BI.
  • Coordination with Vendor, risk team and other stakeholder for the completion of vendor’s due diligence.
  • Execute category management strategies, execution of RFx for Travel and events, manage suppliers.
  • Draft, Review, and lead negotiations of third-party supplier contracts, including Master Services Agreements (MSAs), Statements of Work (SOWs), Non-Disclosure Agreements (NDAs)
  • Create solutions in situations which requires an in-depth analysis/evaluation of variable factors.
  • Some latitude in decision-making is involved, you will also act independently to evaluate methods and procedures on new assignments
