Auros seeks a highly organized and proactive HR/Payroll Administrator to support its growth. Responsibilities include payroll and benefits administration, pay run reconciliation, data accuracy checks, payment analysis and discrepancy resolution, employee record management (including HRIS database), contract and letter preparation, staff invoice payment, HR reporting and analytics, policy updates, and assistance with ad-hoc HR projects. The ideal candidate will have 2-3 years of HR administration experience, strong organizational and multitasking skills, excellent communication, MS Office and HRIS system proficiency, attention to detail, and confidentiality commitment. A degree in HR or Finance is highly regarded.

About the role

As our HR Administrator, you'll be responsible for:

  • Supporting payroll and benefits administration
  • Reconciling pay runs and ensuring accuracy in data
  • Analysing payments and fixing any discrepancies
  • Managing employee records and maintaining our HRIS database
  • Preparing employee contracts and letters
  • Paying staff invoices
  • Preparing HR reports and running analytics
  • Managing and updating policies
  • Assisting with adhoc HR projects and initiatives

Our ideal candidate will have:

  • 2-3 years of experience in HR administration
  • Strong organisational and multitasking skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Proficiency in MS Office and HRIS systems
  • Attention to detail and commitment to confidentiality
  • Degree in HR or Finance (highly regarded)
