Job Description

This full-time Hotel Food & Beverage Steward/Dishwasher position at a resort requires maintaining the cleanliness of kitchen and guest areas. Responsibilities include cleaning kitchen equipment, tools, dishes, glasses, and other equipment. The role involves working in a fast-paced environment with other kitchen team members and in guest dining areas. Experience in a fast-paced food and beverage environment and dishwashing is required. The role may involve indoor and outdoor work, and full availability, including weekends and holidays, is necessary.

Must have:

At least 18 years of age
Fast-paced F&B experience
Dishwashing and kitchen cleaning experience
Ability to work independently

Good to have:

Experience in table service or hotel restaurants

Job Summary:

Do you have a passion for hotel food and beverage or the culinary industry, and enjoy being part of a team? Hotel Stewards/Dishwashers play a significant role in supporting culinary partners at Hotel fine dining, casual restaurants, banquets and special events and help bring the magic to life!

Responsibilities:

As a Steward/Dishwasher, you are responsible for the overall cleanliness of resort restaurant kitchen areas and Guest areas. You may work indoors or outdoors, cleaning kitchen equipment, tools and supplies as well as dishes, glasses, and equipment required to serve our Guests. Stewards work in a fast paced, dynamic environment with other kitchen team members and inside Guest dining areas.

Basic Qualifications:

You must be at least 18 years of age to be considered for this role
Experience in a fast paced, F&B environment
Previous dish washing and cleaning restaurant kitchens
Experience working independently with little direction or supervision

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience in table service restaurants or hotel restaurants

Additional Information:

SCHEDULE AVAILABILTY
Our Theme Parks and Resort Hotels operate 24 hours a day, 365 days a year; Shifts may start and end any time over a 24 hour day. Full Time Cast Members must be fully available to work 7 days a week and fully available to work holidays and all peak seasons. Please note that the principles of seniority are used to schedule all roles.
