Join Sinch as the Head of Global Compensation & Benefits and take charge of managing rewards for our worldwide team of over 4000 employees in 50+ countries. Leading a team of experts in Sweden and the US, your role will involve harmonizing processes and structures to support our overall company transformation towards 'One Sinch'. While we are already working towards a common rewards structure across all markets, we are looking for a senior leader who can take it to the next level. The ideal candidate will have extensive expertise in this field and a solid understanding of our business model and value drivers.
The scope of the role spans across all remuneration subject areas, including job architecture, compensation benchmarks, benefit programs, short-term incentives, mobility, executive remuneration, and global long-term incentive programs. Additionally, the role is responsible for the Sinch Performance model and process.
Reporting directly to the CHRO, you are part of the Global HR Leadership Team. You will collaborate with a diverse group of senior stakeholders, including the Board of Directors, members of the Remuneration Committee, and Global Leadership Team and CEO.

The annual starting salary for this position is between $262,000 - $300,000. Factors which may affect starting pay within this range may include geography/market, skills, education, experience, and other qualifications.
